Many Bosal customers ask: How can I change my personal information when I am logged on via the “Customer Login”. The answer you can find here. 

Fill in your personal e-mail address behind “Email_address:” as well as the password you received from your Bosal Marketing Department. Click on the “GO” button on the RIGHT at the “Customer Login” area.

Go with your computer mouse over the menu title “My Bosal” and the submenu title “Personal Settings” and click right.

A window will open with all your personal information.

1. Change the required fields (*).

2. You can change also your “PASSWORD” (not required).

3. The “DISCOUNT” fields are DEFAULT discount percentages you can use to make an offer to your customers. So it is YOUR default discount to YOUR customers in combination with the “Bosal Retail Price Information”. When making this offer with exhaust or tow bar products you can manually override the DEFAULT DISCOUNT with another DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE.

4. In the last 2 fields “Price 1 exhaust” and “Price 1 towbars” you can enter a HEADING in your language indicating the TITLE on your screen and printout of the offer for your customers.

Click on the button “Continue” to save your changes.
